Inspired by authentic design provided by Grandmaster Brian Gray. Primarily for the art of Chinese Iron Palm but can be used for other martial arts training. Constructed of a durable canvas material with the proper surface texture. Large size provides the hand with sufficient room on the bag to be immersed in the contents of the bag. The bag fits properly on a “slap stone” (a block of concrete 8″ wide by 16″ long). The proper position for the Iron Palm slap when breaking is length-wise. Empty bag can be filled with beans, rice, sand or steel shot depending on your use. Made in the USA. 8″ x 12″ fill area. 16″ x 9″ overall. Unfilled.
