12 inch long combat rattan fighting short stick. Used to represent a short sword or knife and believed to have gained its prominence in the Bantangas & Visayan regions of the Philippines. Handcrafted in the USA! Select Indonesian tight grain rattan with skin are fire-hardened and burned in the traditional manner. Ends are beveled and fired and the entire stick is infused with a protectant for added durability. With reflective; silver mylar ‘Retina Retention Tape’ on each end. 1in thick.
